4. Earmarking of data gathering, processing and use
The objective of the enterprise is the continuation of the business formerly conducted by the limited partnership Ludwig Beck am Rathauseck – Textilhaus Feldmeier KG with its seat in Munich under the same firm name and the sale of goods of all kinds, in particular wholesale and retail trade with textiles, clothing, hardware and other commodities, also in the form of mail order business. Data is only gathered, processed and used for the aforementioned purposes.
5. Description of the groups of persons concerned and the data and data categories gathered in this context
- Customer data (contract, address, invoice data)
- Employee data for staff administration, development, regulation and accounting as well as data concerning applicants and pensioners
- Supplier data
- Business partner data if required for the purposes mentioned in Clause 4.
6. Recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data may be disclosed
Public authorities to which data is disclosed on the basis of mandatory statutory provisions (e.g. social security offices, tax authorities or customs offices). External contractors (service providers) according to Section 11 of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) as well as external entities or internal departments/employees involved in the fulfillment of the purposes mentioned in Clause 4. Customer data is submitted to other enterprises for rating and marketing purposes in compliance with the relevant data protection provisions or if the customers have consented thereto.
7. Prescribed time-limits
Legislation has enacted various provisions concerning record retention duties and time-limits. After expiry of these time-limits, the relevant data is routinely deleted. Data not subject to said provisions is deleted as soon as the purposes mentioned in Clause 4 no longer apply.
8. Planned data transfer to non-EU countries
Data transfer to non-EU countries has not been planned.
9. Website statistics
Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. ("Google") is used on this website. Google Analytics uses so-called "Cookies", text data which are stored on your computer allowing an analysis of your use of the website. The information about your use of the website created by a Cookie (including your IP address) is then transferred to a server of Google Inc. in the USA and stored there. Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activities for the website operator and provide further data relating to website and Internet use. Google will transfer this information to third parties if prescribed by law or to the extent those third parties are commissioned by Google Inc. to process the data. Google will in no case link your IP address with other data of Google Inc. You may block the installation of Cookies by certain settings provided by your browser software; we would like to inform you however that in this case you may not be able to have full access all website functions.
